Work Description: Deep clean of a house that hadn't been cleaned in a while. To include wiping down doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, knobs, light fixtures.

Comments: Only 1/12 hours spent with 2 people. For the cost, was not reasonable. Had to ask to repeat certain areas since they were not cleaned to satisfaction. Was not what I would consider to be a deep clean. Would not recommend.

There's two sides to every story . I got this phone call to do in such a rush. I went to give an estimate for this home. The home owner wasn't there she was in another state. The neighbor which was friends of the family came over to see me through the Home. I explained to the Neighbor and gave a Spec sheet of what was going to be done in the Cleaning. She spoke to the owner of the home and the owner agreed on the price and the work that was going to be done. When I showed up for the Cleaning of the home there was totally someone different there. Someone I have never spoke to. She was the mother of the Owner of Home. The daughter could not be there so she let me in the Home. The mother was Dissatisfied only to the fact that she wanted more done for the little price she was already paying. I tried to resolved this matter by showing her a copy of the Spec Sheet and she still was unsatisfied. As for Clients asking us to redo our work is totally outragous. My Goal as a Business Owner is to Satisfy my Clients. This was just a bad experience from the beginning and every Business Owner learns from there mistake by not going through 3 different people for one job.
