I am working in an area from:

On a regular cleaning basis I do:

Kitchen:
Countertops, sinks, stove, outside of the oven, microwave- in and out, wiping outside of the cabinets and oven, polishing stainless steel surfaces, wash floor

Bathrooms:
Basin, tubs, shower, mirrors, vanity tops, cabinets, toilets, floors

Rooms:
Dusting all of the furniture and polishing upon request, windows (inside) cleaning when needed, vacuuming all carpets and hardwood/vinyl floor, wiping baseboards when needed, washing/polishing floors.

I am usually charging by the job and not per hour. That's will include any extra things you would ask me to do: as changing the bed sheets, do some more deep cleaning or spot cleaning ... By the hour that's about $30, and it depends on time I staying. I comes to my client's house for their unique needs and don't want them to worry about overpaying.
