Work Description: Deep Clean - large ranch home. Had not been cleaned in several weeks.

Comments: Crew was on time at 1pm except we were expecting a 4 person crew. 2 showed up and then a few hours later 1 more showed up. One member had to open windows due to allergy to cats - she did ask, but the service was aware of the number of cats (3) ahead of time. Concerned about this crew member having to open windows going forward with colder weather coming in. Also the crew started complaining about having to get home for their husbands and children. They stayed until 7:30pm but not all of the contracted deep cleaning was completed. Overall, they did a good job of what they did complete and we expect them to finish the deep cleaning not completed this week.

Work Description: I set up a deep cleaning for a new house. I put in my request online for a quote and received a call from Ron in less than 2 minutes. He was very friendly and accommodating. We easily set up a time and he quoted me a price range over the phone based on some questions he asked. I also wanted some carpets cleaned and he made arrangements for a person to come over during the house cleaning to handle this. The cleaning was planned so that the carpets could be cleaned without interruption. The maids were very friendly and did a nice job of getting our house ready for move-in. I would use ABR again and recommend them to others.
