Work Description: Cleaning a 5-bedroom house plus basement.
Comments: It was a pleasure to work with the Service. They are very business-like, with a written schedule and business cards -- plus the principal speaks Engilsh pretty well. She did not have references with her, which I had asked for. She told us this would be a thorough cleaning since it would be the first time. Yet both my husband and I agreed it was more like a "light" cleaning. They were here less than three hours. We will discuss our expectations the next time they clean.
