This was the first time I had used a cleaning service and I was not in Baltimore at the time, so I did my research of cleaning companies and called a few different companies. One company wouldn't even give me a quote without seeing the place first, which might be reasonable, but did not work for me since I was out of town and I didn't want to trouble friends.
