Work Description: Deep cleaning requested. An email outlining the expectation. I offered $275 for the job that should have taken about 4-5 hours. Amy Cruz accepted the job.
Comments: Amy Cruz called our home multiple times by mistake. She kept emailing me to say she was arriving later and later in the day. At 3 pm she showed up and then quit at 5:15 pm. After inspection it was obvious they she did not do the deep cleaning that we contracted for. I asked Networx.com for assistance. Amy Cruz then emailed me saying she would re-do the house. However we spent many, many emails before she agreed on a day and time - which is a week later. Today she was expected to arrive at 3 pm - and she emailed me at 2:30 to state that she is not coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I want a refund.

Work Description: Help clean house which had been empty for the winter. What the two women did was just fine. They were friendly, worked steadily as long as they knew what to do.
Comments: My only hesitancy is that I contracted for 3 hours. After 2 1/2 hours, they were loading up the car, saying they were very fast, and done! I paid the full price, but I wish I had said, please don't put your cleaning supplies in the car before asking if I had anything else I would like done. I would have appreciated wiping out fridge, vacuuming out laundry room, etc.
