Could you please give me a quote on a regular based cleaning? " It seems you are interested in a routine service with us but think that our quote that we gave you is too high for you. Also I understand that you’re willing to pay more for worker's compensation and green products.And actually you got a cheaper quote for you routine. I suggest you run the numbers and see that it’s true. First I will like to state that we do not charge our clients for our green product our prices are flat and all inclusive. In California we have an extremely high workers computation. All our employs are allegeable to work in the u.s and the law requires us to provide that insurance. I think this a good thing because this way our employees are protected, and it gives you the client the peace of mind if god forbids something happens. I find your letter to be somewhat confusing and full of contradictions you said in your review that “The initial visit isn't very expensive” but the “quote for a regular visit is twice as much as other companies”???? ‘ also you say “The two girls are looked professional, and worked efficiently without much of charting” then you say “, I couldn't find one of my make up item that I use every day, and my husband couldn't find his shaving gel in the shower. I don't suspect anyone have steal it as I don't see the point of that, but it cost both of us some incontinence when you are getting ready to go to work”. All are employees are trained not to throw things away without the client approval I am sure you will find your make up and shaving cream. You use the word steal it’s an extremely harsh word for no reason. My question to you is why didn’t you call the office and raised all your concerns? .instead you decide to use the review section on the web to communicate with us. I understand people use the web to express their opinions after they tried to find a solution with a company and failed. But in your case you didn’t even try! You say “The shower has left some dark/yellowish corners.” Again you contradict yourself because you did a walkthrough after the end of the service and approved the job, never the less you ranked the job excellent - we have your survey, I will be more than happy to send you a copy.
