Work Description: deep clean, follow up every two weeks

Comments: showed up 40 minutes late. was not satisfied with work, called and let then know. they were suppose to come back the next day to fix it, but never showed up. I called the company they appologized, said they would fix everything the next time they came ( 2 weeks). on that date they never showed up or called.
