    Deborah Alfano grew up in the Southern California community of Simi Valley. After high school, Debbie traveled to England, where she lived and studied for 4 years. Upon her return, she worked in her family’s aviation business, married and raised a family. In 1996, Debbie decided to start her own business and founded Lily White Cleaning Service, which she proudly named after her grandmother Lillian “Lily” Hughes.
