Work Description: Cleaning up a total mess of an apartment the tenants left after eviction, Saul had to hual two trailor loads of broken furniture , old tires etc to the dump. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, but they did such a good job of cleaning it I don't have to.

Comments: The first time they cleaned the house very well. The second visit disappointed me as the cleaning wasn't done as well as during the first visit.

Work Description: They did a great job and really covered everything I asked of them. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure to put back the items where they belong (trash bins, rugs, etc). I also think they could use a "special touch" to their service like leaving a little doggie treat on the dog bed or folding over the toilet paper to make it look pretty. They need something that makes them a little different and a little more special than all the other services. Maybe leave some candy behind or something on the master bed. I think that would help set them apart and really launch their business.
