Company Overview: S & V Services LLC created in 1997. Primarily starting and performing window washing, floor care, residential cleaning and janitorial work. S & V customers started requesting more services at fair prices. On many cleaning jobs we encountered customers asking us to paint walls after they were washed, or do you know how to fix this door, or an electrical problem. S & V has always been willing to help the customer with any service they require, at the same time, building knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential service. So Many Loyal Customers have brought some of the most unusual and interesting requests. At S & V, it is our goal to serve the customer with all services they require. One choice, one company, fair price, fabulous service. Research and Development at S & V, we only list services that we know how to do, and do well. Some requests for service that require state licensing are referred to a sub-contractor in the S & V Network that has agreed to perform services at a determined fair price, under S & V specifications. Commitment to Customers- Growth has not changed the specifications from the S & V original business plan. Work Description: They do a routine cleaning on a library for us. They also waxed the floors in town hall and the police station.

Comments: They do a nice job here; they are here when they say they will be, cost was more reasonable than anyone else. I really have no complaints about them, they are good.
