- Company Overview: Superior Home Maintenance has served the Metro Phoenix area since 1989. Superior Home Maintenance is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We operate a multi-vehicle fleet with truck mounted machines that traverse the Valley of the Sun Monday through Saturday. We offer same day service or you can schedule an appointment for as early as tomorrow. We schedule regular appointments at 8 am, 10 am, 12 noon, 2 pm 4 pm. We offer evening, Sunday and holiday servicing by appointment (an additional fee may apply). Our talented and knowledgeable office staff will be delighted to answer any questions that you may have and schedule an appointment for you by calling us at (480) 777-2222. The specific truck mounts that we employ are manufactured by Prochem Industries. These sophisticated machines use a diesel burner to heat the cleaning solution to temperatures that no other machine can match. This is beneficial and important to the consumer as high operating temperatures reduce the chemicals necessary to clean the fibers and reduce the drying time. Our air duct and dryer vent cleaning equipment is the state of the art Rotobrush system. This system ensures the most thorough and effective cleaning process including the removal of bacterial alergens from your system along with improved efficiencies, diminished fire risk from lint buildup and cleaner air! Superior Home Maintenance has been serving the Valley of the Sun for over 20 years and many of our qualified staff and technicians have been with us for over a decade. Comments: The gentleman I dealt with was very nice, professional and also gave me some excellent advice on how to get rid of certain stains. I purchased a foreclosure and when Sears came out they told me I need to replace it. I had Sears clean a couple rooms and do my tile because they were recommended by a friend. The quote I received to Laminate the floor was about $1k more than I was expecting. Another friend instisted I call Svc Magic. She said you can get free quotes and she used them for various projects and said they always send qualified people and decent rates. I decided to get another opinon on the carpet and the guy did a great job!
