Comments: The reason I give a 3 is because the person coming out to do the work had car issues, and did not let Vanda know, so she did not tell me they were late. So, I waited 2 hours outside for them to come out. But, Vanda was very professional and got a substitute out as fast as she could.

Work Description: The team was hardworking and tried to be thorough however I did need them to hose off and de-web the porch and there was a good deal left of webs on the porch. Overall the performance was good. The carpet cleaner did a great job however he did not move any of the sofa's (not that heavy) so I still have unsteamed areas under the sofas in the room.
Comments: I would have liked if the steam cleaner had moved the two sofas out from the walls as they were not heavy and it would have completed the job. The cleaners did an overall good job and were very friendly.
